Realogic Analytics Chief Information Officer Sean Fitzpatrick has been invited by Realcomm of Carlsbad, CA, to appear at this year’s Realcomm Conference & Expo in Orlando, FL.

Mr. Fitzpatrick will join three fellow C-Level executives on the panel “SaaS - We’re Still Talking… Is Anyone Actually Listening?” to be held on Tuesday, June 14th at 10:30 AM. As a part of the Web 3.0 for Commercial Real Estate track, the session will investigate current trends and attitudes towards cloud-based computing in the industry with examples of success stories and lessons learned from vendor and client perspectives.

Mr. Fitzpatrick will relate specific case studies from his experiences heading Realogic Analytics’ software initiatives (Realogic.net). Realogic develops cloud-based applications for commercial real estate processes including budgeting, reforecasting, abstraction and lease administration.

Realogic Tools is a Microsoft Excel Add-In for analysis and reporting of ARGUS Valuation-DCF data.  The latest release is now compatible with Excel 2010 and ARGUS Valuation-DCF v15.

As many of you know, we have had a beta available for the past several weeks that has been working smoothly. We want to thank our clients who helped us get this mainstream release ready. Your support helps make Realogic Tools the best it can be.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are upgrading to ARGUS Valuation-DCF version 15, you may need to contact ARGUS Software to enable the "OpenArgus" functionality. We are starting to find out that version 15 has this feature disabled by default ("OpenARGUS..." is grayed out in the Valuation-DCF "File" menu). The process is simple and free - simply contact ARGUS Software technical support.

Realogic.net is proud to announce an important upgrade to the Realogic Abstract reporting interface.

What was previously a multiple step operation to view and save PDF reports is now a one-step operation.

Here’s how it works:

When you access the Realogic Abstract “Reports” page and select a report, simply choose an output format for your report at the bottom of the page. If you desire a PDF report, you don’t need to change anything as “PDF” is selected by default. Simply click the button that is labeled “Generate PDF Report” and a new browser window will open with your PDF report.

As always, to view a PDF report you will need to have a PDF viewer program like Adobe Acrobat installed on your computer.

Note that Internet Explorer may ask you to allow pop-ups for this site, which you should allow.

CHICAGO, IL - Realogic.net LLC, a Realogic company, today announced version 2.2 release of Realogic Tools, a Microsoft Excel Add-In for analysis and reporting of ARGUS Valuation-DCF data. The new release features enhancements to many of the existing reporting tabs including the Rent Roll, the In-Place Report and the Annual Consolidated Cash Flow report.

"Realogic Tools has proven to be a valuable, time-saving instrument for commercial real estate acqusition teams, brokers and anyone using ARGUS Valuation-DCF," said Realogic CIO Sean Fitzpatrick. "This release builds on that solid foundation to leverage advanced features of the ARGUS software like the "Use last rent" option and global categories."

New Features of 

• The Rent Roll tab now includes any notes in the ARGUS Rent Roll. Notes can be found in Column V.
• The “In Place” tab now includes “Market Rent.” This can be found in Column N.
• ARGUS files with zero tenants now run in Realogic Tools.
• Market rents entered on a monthly basis are now annualized throughout the Excel output.
• The “Exceptions” report sorting has been improved to make potential errors easier to find.

In addition, Realogic.net has announced an upgrade to the technical support section within Realogic Tools. Support tickets can now be submitted from within the application, users can access a list of Frequently Asked Questions, jump to a community support forum and learn other tips for using the Realogic Tools software.

An informational webinar demonstrating these new features will be available on November 16th, 2010. Shortly thereafter, a recorded version will be available on the Realogic Tools website. http://realogictools.com
