In the development of Realogic Budget, Realogic recognized the importance of migrating data from all major accounting systems. Breaking down data silos is at the core of the Realogic Budget philosophy. With this goal in mind, Realogic developed Realogic Sync.
Stand Alone or with
Realogic Sync is a productivity enhancing tool designed to ease the creation and maintenance of ARGUS Valuation - DCF files. While Realogic Sync uses much of the logic at the core of Realogic Budget, it can stand alone and move your accounting data to Argus Valuation - DCF or upgrade to the full Realogic Budget and take advantage of a single platform to collect, analyze and value your real estate assets.
Accounting System Integration
Eliminate the redundancy of manually entering data. Move your Yardi, MRI and other accounting data over to ARGUS Valuation DCF.
Leverage the data from your current accounting system without re-keying data. Bring over rent roll data including suite, term, charges, expenses and even recovery data can be leveraged. Eliminate re-keying errors and clean up your accounting data as more eyes see the data and review it.
Account Mapping

Bring over your entire chart of accounts to ARGUS Valuation-DCF is possible, but not probably not what the end ARGUS user will want to see. Our mapping feature allows you to consolidate your accounts to the most relevant groupings, producing a clean and easy to use file.
User Friendly ARGUS Files
Unlike other imports, Realogic Sync delivers analyst-friendly files.
Other imports bring in files that are not set up efficiently for end users. Hardcoded inflation rates and market rates make sensitivity difficult; the inability to map a legible chart of accounts and rent roll difficulties from other imports make Argus files that are difficult to use. Having been in the financial analysis field since 1992, we understand what the end user wants to see and make that happen.
Multiple Templates
Realogic Sync allows users to choose their ARGUS template.
Do you have different requirements for different regions or different asset types? The Argus Export allows for an unlimited number of Argus file templates, allowing for customization of Market Leasing Assumptions, Market Items, multiple Chart of Account mappings, inflation rates and other assumptions.
Data Integrity
Take advantage of existing data and improve its accuracy. Wait, don’t we mean improve the accuracy of resulting ARGUS files? Of course, but a secondary benefit of Realogic Sync is how it impacts the source system.
